I have seen them sitting on this pole before but I have never been able to capture it whit my camera.

A Spotted nutcracker (Nucifraga caryocatactes) sitting in a Swiss pine tree in my backyard.
They usually appears in late July around here. The reason is the Swiss pine and it’s cones. The Spotted nutcracker is a pretty fearless bird.
Here it tries to figure out where the clicking is coming from.

A Barn Swallow (Hirundo rustica) in flight.
It took a lot of shoots to get this single photo. In flight they are fast and incalculable.

A powerful thunderstorm on June 29. I like thunderstorms. They are both beautiful and exciting to see and experience.
But I don’t want them to close.

I photographed a muskrat at the golf course in Åsele some time ago. A family of Goldeneyes was swimming at the same location.
Isn’t the chickens is cute?. It looks like little downy balls floating around in the water 🙂

I celebrated Midsummer with my family in Fatmomakke.
Fatmomakke is a little village between Saxnäs and Klimpfjäll in Southern Lapland.
