Morningwalk

Think in the morning. Act in the noon. Eat in the evening. Sleep in the night.
William Blake

A morning walk, what a lovely way to start the day and this week!

Yesterday I started the day by taking an hour-long walk. The light was so beautiful and it was warm. Unusually warm for the season!
I only had my iPhone with me but in my mind the camera produces good quality photos. Not as good as my DSLR but good enough.

Below you can view more photos from the morning!

Panoramas

This is a selection of panoramas from my portfolio. I love to make these wide photos! But they aren’t easy to make. My process is the same as when I’m making a “regular” photo. I’m thinking about composition, the light and what to include. And also what not to include.

Which one of the panorama above is your favorite?

Cold morning

Cold morning

It was cold this morning, -20C. The atmosphere and the light feels different when the temperature drops. It was a beautiful morning!

Enjoying the sun

I made this image in April 23, 2005. The camera I used was my very first digital SLR. It was a Konica Minolta Dynax 7D and I had a 300/2.8 lens on. In those days a great camera!

It was a cold morning and the sun has just risen above the horizon. The cranes seemed to freeze, but enjoyed the little warmth the sun provided.
